After nearly two years of standing firm against the employer’s unreasonable proposals, we are proud to share that we’ve reached a tentative agreement with Denver Art Museum management — a milestone in these uncertain times for the cultural sector, made possible by our persistence and solidarity. We are excited to continue building power and fighting for one another to have a voice on the job.

Together, we secured job protection, expanded rights and protections for health, safety, and paid family and medical leave. We also elevated other previously non‑guaranteed practices into guaranteed rights in the contract.

We established a strong foundation on which we can build greater wins in the future.
